I studied Human Resource Management at Davenport University. I am currently a human resource generalist at Homewood Disposal in the Human Resource Department. In relation to Human Resources, I have some experience in recruitment and some experience in onboarding, training and development, benefits and compensation, payroll, and other human resource functions.I possess the ability to manage conflict, act as a leader, and active listen. I believe that empathy and understanding are key factors in employee and customer satisfaction. My skills include but are not limited to; written and verbal communication, customer service, adaptability, leadership, computer skills such as Microsoft office, Excel, Powerpoint and Vizio. I am creative, innovative and flexible to change. I can work in teams or independently. I possess management skills, organizational skills, problem solving, and, critical thinking skills.
