-Oversee the financial, human resource and operations management of the community.-Assure implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care.-Supervise provisions of all Resident services, including the coordination of those provided by independently contracted ancillary health care providers as requested by Residents and Families.-Supervision of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining Team Members.-Assist with the development/ implementation of the sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy targets.-Coordinate maintenance standards of the Community, Resident units, common areas and adjacent grounds.-Oversee all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.-Operate with resources provided, assures income and expenses are controlled using annual budget projections.

•Manage all of the admissions process and strategically plan occupancy levels to keep a high census.•Maintain reimbursement knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care Insurances •Develop relationships with Community Liaisons, Families and other referral sources to create to a consistent flow of leads.•External marketing to Case Managers, Physicians, Social Workers, Community Partners, ect.•Develop marketing plans. (Collateral, Flyers, Drive-By Events, Task Force, Hospital Events, Senior Center Events, ect.)

•Opened the Social Service Department for a 72 bed skilled nursing facility.•Advocated for the residents and families to use the maximum benefits from the facility throughout the continuum of the residents stay.•Knowledge of the MDS process with the ability to interview, input, and complete social service assessments.•Assess, document and provide psychosocial interventions to meet the needs of all residents. Develop care plans based on assessments.•Coordinate resident care conferences with the resident, family and Interdisciplinary team.•Facilitate all resident discharges (arrange for Home Health Care, Durable Medical Equipment. Primary Care Appointments, ect.)

(Managed Care, MITS, MECCA)•Coordinate with ancillary services to ensure patient care.•Completed PASRRs in Henns. Conduct PHQ-9 and BIMS assessments.
