As one of the branch managers, I assist in account openings, loan management, helping our members with any financial situations such as account details, loan details, and mortgage assistance. I also tend to much of the branch operations, ensuring that things run smoothly and that all of our documents that are sent to the main office are following procedures and clear for anyone to understand. Because of this, I have become very detail oriented. I am also very friendly and supportive to my members, I know all my members by name and take pride in knowing the ends and outs of their financial goals.I am also in charge of any training and on-boarding so I am always up to date on my information and knowledge concerning different areas in the branch and member operations. I am also up to date with loan information that gets changed or adjusted. I am very teamwork driven and value every one of my tellers. I have successful trained multiple people within my company who have gone on to higher positions of leadership or on-going work within the company. I have also assisted in drafting manual instructions or information which have been implemented in our company standards. I also have helped in making training guides for new employees.I currently am licensed in NMLS and have a public notary as well.
