• Assist staff with expediting problems over the phone and in person• Maximize Front Office revenue through Drake Beil upgrade program• Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees• Work with engineering, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve guest concerns and issues• Lead a large team of front desk agents and rooms control through transients and group interactions

• Support up to 30 front desk agents’ daily• Prepare up to 12 different reports• Work with Sales, Meeting Planners, Housekeeping, and Engineering on a daily basis• Assist up to 2 Front Office Managers daily with guest concerns and problem resolutions• Complete multiple room allotments and special requests daily

• Use hotel computerized reservation systems for a 2,267 room resort to check – in and out guests• Manage a cash bank of a $1000 and take payments in credit, cash, and foreign currency• Process up to 100 check-ins and check-outs daily• Provide information to guests regarding rooms types, our 17 different dining options within the hotel, room availabilities, and local attractions

• Provide knowledge about the 4 parks and resorts to guests• Courteously greet thousands of guests and answer any questions that they have• Operate sophisticated ride systems in 3 different positions • Follow safety procedures when loading 28 guests at a time on to a slow moving tram• Load theaters of up to 500 guests safely and efficiently

• Use VisulOne reservation system for a 1,501 room resort to check – in and out guests• Manage a cash bank of $500 and take payments in credit, cash, and foreign currency• Process up to 200 check-ins and check-outs daily for business and convention guests• Provide information to guests regarding rooms types, our 15 different dining options within the hotel, room availabilities, and local attractions

• Took beverage and food orders for up to 7 tables and plated food as well• Cleaned or sterilized dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, or facilities during 2 charters a day• Set-up and tear down for events for groups of up to 150 passengers
