My responsibilities as Administrative Coordinator include entering data and filing appropriate paperwork for newly admitted or deceased patients, scheduling visits and assessments for each patient, coordinating with funeral homes, pharmacies, and medical equipment companies to ensure smooth operations for our patients and our team, answering multi-line phone calls, and much more. This position has greatly improved my ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and coordinate with the many different moving parts of the health care system.

Prepared and maintained greenhouse and community garden operations throughout the busy season, including tasks such as weeding, planting, transplanting, pruning, watering, and harvesting various fruits, vegetable, and herbs. I followed a production schedule to ensure accurate and timely distribution of produce to CSA members. I also interacted with members of the community both in the field/greenhouse and at the farmer's market, teaching kids and adults skills related to gardening and farming.

My responsibilities as a server include maintaining quality and timely service to large groups of people at a time, recording order and partnering with team members to efficiently serve food and beverages, completed opening and closing tasks and contributed to a positive, welcoming food service environment.

My main responsibilities as a banquet server included organizing and setting banquet and conference rooms according to diagrams and written instructions, maintaining timely and quality service to guests for many different types of events, completing side-work tasks to make sure the next shift operated properly, and training new hires on these responsibilities and general hotel protocols.

As an education intern my main responsibilities included helping facilitate zoology related lesson plans to summer camp attendees, leading education programs using live animals, giving tours of the zoo, planning events and activities for zoo guests of all ages and abilities and helping out with general maintenance projects around the zoo.
