I co-facilitate an online support group for individuals with Narcolepsy & Idiopathic Hypersomnia. The name of the group is "College & Careers" that is available through Hey Peers.

UNI Biological Psychology Course

Work included a variety of administrative tasks using spreadsheets, google software, Microsoft office as well as payment handling applications. Worked with faculty and professors to schedule, host and organize music events with high schools.

UNI Psychoneuroendocrinology Lab

Managed the counseling office by triaging student needs, scheduling appointments for counselors, maintaining the office resources and assisting principals. I created and implemented new systems to help with the efficiency and effectiveness of the Student Services work flow. Additionally, I created signage, graphics and promotion materials for all Student Services related events. I planned for and put together Northwest High School's first high school graduation from the details of rehearsal to the scripts read on stage and the design of commencement programs.

Demonstrates UPH FOCUS values in the context of providing customer service to patients and visitors of the hospital. Ensures the safety of patients, visitors and hospital employees by using a screening system upon entry into the hospital. Answered phone calls and directed communications between visitors & hospital staff.

-Provide direct victim services to those seeking shelter services, fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking-Exhibit a belief in non-violence and advocate on behalf of victims and children-Respond to crisis calls and provide community resources/diversion-Work with clients to identify community resources as well as housing and safety plans
