As a shift lead , I am expected to open and/or close the store and pos systems daily . I am responsible to ensure my team is completing daily tasks and responsibilities. I am also expected to upsell products and meet personal and store level sales goals .

As a beauty advisor I was expected to assist customers in finding beauty products based on their needs. As well as upsell products and keep up to date with product knowledge.

As a customer service representative I was responsible for helping customers throughout the store , using the POS system to efficiently complete transactions , and processing orders at the photo department .
