As a barista I am responsible for knowing the different types of coffee and how to prepare them properly. I also run the cash register. At The Sweet Maple Cafe we have a variety of different sweets in our bakery case and a plethora of breakfast and lunch entrees to choose from so it's my job to know everything we serve so I can help answer customers questions correctly.

At Nike we call ourselves athletes and our bosses are our coaches. At Nike I have several responsibilities as a Sales Associate such as customer service, store maintenance, and teamwork. Customer Service is huge, understanding the product is crucial in helping the customer find what they need. While working there I must keep a professional manner at all times and of course be polite to each and every person who walks through the door, even if they're not a very happy customer, I aspire to try and help those unhappy customers and change their attitude so they'll leave with a smile.
