Administrative Assistant, Schizophrenia Op Clinic
Current- Reception duties, including but not limited to: scheduling and checking in patient appointments, answering and making phone calls, scanning and faxing documents, transcribing medical notes, preparing spreadsheets.
- Prepare clinic charts and maintain physician client lists through daily audits.
- Ensure all reception and sanitary supplies are adequately stocked and re-ordered in a timely manner and submit maintenance work orders as needed.
- Enter and update patient information into the EMR as needed.
- Maintain staff attendance board and complete afternoon safety check-ins.
- Handle the documentation and flow of daily clinic activities.
