- Responsible for setting all production lead times and set up of Asana Critical paths.- Responsible for placing POs and there management from time of placement to arrival at WH- Working closely with the Head of Product and Product Developer to coordinate purchase orders and manage the production critical paths across new and existing ranges. - Managing the consolidation and booking of sea shipments from the initial container approval stage through to the arrival into port and then, into warehouse.- Responsible for maintaining the Order Tracker spreadsheet to ensure that everyone in the business has a overview of at the status of each PO - Work with the wider team leaders to arrange split shipments and container loading most suitable for the profitability of the business. - Track weekly to shipment plans and production schedules, updating tracking sheets for all team members to see. - Communicate with offshore suppliers daily. - Liaise directly with offshore suppliers to order and manage greige & dyed fabric stock holdings.- Responsible for registering all new SKU and barcodes in the systems. - Raise orders for and approve all SKU specific packaging, including belly band, mailers, product bags, swing tags and barcode stickers. - Packing List & Final Invoicing - Responsible for upkeep of the Supplier Manual for all production and packaging modules. - Responsible for the production of wholesale POs including any additional packaging requirements for both product and shipment/delivery - Manage the sampling process for both packaging and product.- Ensuring that the Marketing team has Influencer samples and Photography Samples- Responsible for approvals of Shipment Samples for all POs and arranging a SAC document for the suppliers. - Approve bulk fabric for all new and existing ranges for every PO- Working closely with the Product Developer, responsible for fit, construction from first-round PP sample stage through to shipment sample.
