When I first started McDonald's in 2015, I was a crew member. By 2016, I had proven myself and was promoted to crew trainer. In 2017-2018 I worked on the completion of my Certificate III in Retail Management in order to advance to management. I completed my course, and began the required management training. In 2019 I was of age to finish completion of my management training, and was promoted to crew chief.
