I serve as the International Vice President for an international student-led service and leadership organization with over 6,000 members worldwide. I work alongside 10 international officers to implement strategic planning, decision making, and offer support to all international regions. I am responsible for managing and providing directives to 4 different international committees that all work on various initiatives of Circle K International, which is the collegiate branch of Kiwanis International.

I completed a 10-week internship as a Center of Excellence Supply Chain Intern for 10 weeks within the Corporate Headquarters segment. I acquired Power BI and data analysis skills to produce various Power BI dashboards that lead to further supply chain enhancements. I created and utilized a Power BI dashboard to classify 3,123 L3Harris suppliers and identify $68 million in classified spending. I coded, designed, and enacted a Power BI dashboard to analyze the impact of including Interos risk factors within the calculation of a supplier’s score. I designed and implemented a Power BI Dashboard to track the usage by page visits and number of users of both suppliers and employees on a supply chain platform.

As the Florida CKI District Governor, I served as the Chief Officer for the District and the Presiding Chair during District Board Meetings. I managed and mentored 15 college students and 5 adults on the Board of Officers, each with various roles. I spearheaded and inspired the creation of new initiatives, resources, and programs to assist over 220 members and 11 clubs across the entire state of Florida and the Cayman Islands. I received the Distinguished District Governor with Honors and the Distinguished District with Honors awards from Circle K International to recognize the impact that my leadership had on growing the Florida District, representing Circle K International within the Kiwanis Family, and supporting each club and member.

As the District Secretary of the Florida District of Circle K International, I maintained accurate records and minutes of all District Board meetings. I also facilitated communication between the District Board, 10 clubs, and members of the Kiwanis Family through emails, publications, presentations, and remarks given at various meetings. Additionally, I assisted clubs in filling out monthly reports and provided clubs with necessary resources.

I served as a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manufacturing Supply Chain Intern for 12 weeks inside the Tropicana Bradenton Plant Facility. I completed various projects within the engineering and manufacturing realm to improve Tropicana’s production efficiency while learning more about process improvement engineering, operator engagement, and visual management. I optimized the sanitation process on the 15 oz Naked Juice production line by creating multiple sanitation Gantt Charts, lists of operator steps, and a booklet of documents explaining the inner workings, process flow, and minimum advancement requirements for each piece of equipment used in the sanitation process.I engaged with operators and other team members to address the out-of-range centerlines from the 293 centerlines, and updated the directions and instructions within Dashpad, the main operator control interface system.I implemented visual management practices onto the new 12 oz production line by creating visual maps of production line, establishing label color standards, adding visual management labels, and updating Dashpad with accurate instructions, visual maps, and operator task pictures.
