I am a hard-working and driven student studying the field of Accounting at Louisiana Tech University. I will be graduating with a bachelor's degree in May of 2014.Being a leader in two campus organizations has taught me how to effectively lead and communicate with others. As Director of Finance for Sigma Kappa, I have gained knowledge of how to manage the financials of a large organization. As president of Beta Alpha Psi, I have learned how to become a respected leader among my peers. I have experience using accounting software such as Peachtree as well as being proficient in Microsoft Excel. I am seeking a position as an entry-level accountant at a public accounting firm in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
