A lot of students know English, but fear speaking. With this in mind, my sessions cater to the oral element of English learning. As a tutor, I reinforce grammatical concepts students learn in school and utilize speaking activities through games, general conversation, and presentations.

I created informational booklets for current customers concerning new plans State Farm was offering. I assisted licensed employees by answering phone calls, recordings, and updating customer information. In addition to calling customers to remind them of due payments, I was also responsible for sending out postcards containing thank you messages and those with information about new deals.
