Hi, I’m Madison! I have a passion for the outdoors, you can find me regularly doing 20 mile hikes where I’m fueled to challenge and push myself to new extremes. Similarly in work, I thrive when I’m given the freedom to reach goals and challenges that push me beyond where I’ve been or give me the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone. I bring a work ethic that was built from my 21 years of competitive dance, where I learned how to keep pushing until I meet the goal.I am the person on the team who gets the ball rolling, facilitating a friendly competition, where everyone is pushing to be their best self and reaching our goals. If you give me the idea, I’m the person who can sell it for top dollar, bringing an enthusiasm and relatability that has people wanting to buy whatever I’m offering.I have worked in industries from entertainment, to fashion, to construction where I’ve been able to build relationships and jump in head first to tackle any challenges that are thrown at me.I’m not afraid to jump in and take on new challenges, for example in one of my last roles I was tasked to create an email marketing campaign to attempt to reach untapped markets. I taught myself how to create and deliver the campaign in two days and was able to help the company to increase sales by 35% within a few month period. I’m a natural leader, who can easily step into leadership roles at the drop of the hat. I have the ability to know what needs to get done and efficiently delegate, keeping things running smoothly until we meet the goal. I’m looking for a fast-paced environment with diverse & capable colleagues who share the same goal of being the best at what we do.
