About Madison Dean

I am eager to begin working in the Health Sciences field. I recently graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and Psychology. I'm excited to continue expanding my skills as I am a licensed EMT and begin Nursing School at Jacksonville University this summer!Previously, I have worked at Halifax Health as a Critical Care Equipment Technician in which I ensured all equipment was functioning properly for ICU patients and assisted nurses with day-to-day tasks. I was also an intern at the Pain Clinic of North Florida in which I assisted Medical Assistants and Nurse Practitioners both in the clinic and operating room. Outside of the medical field, I have experience as the Safety Director for a local helicopter tour company. I also used to facilitate health and wellness events for the children in my community. In my spare time I enjoy listening to podcasts and outdoor activities with my friends and family.
