In the past four years, my career has been focused around customer service, organization and regulation of my workspace. I handled the customer service desk at the Pike Place Plaza Target where I learned to think on my feet, manage returns and handle customer complaints. At 24 Hour Fitness, my job centered around sales, stock/supplies management and marketing placement within the club. I also learned to create effective schedules and order necessary shipments to keep the club adequately supplied. My experience with customer satisfaction was also furthered while I reached out and resolved complaints about the club, billing issues or general issues with the staff or the conditions of the club. I was also the first person to interview with potential new hires to see if they would fit with in with the existing team in turn, building an effective team that was excelled on customer service and thrived in a friendly, flexible and efficient work environment.
