Recruiting Associate
CurrentAs a Recruiting Associate at NEFCO, I am responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process. This involves everything from advertising open positions and reviewing resumes to conducting phone and in-person interviews, as well as collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify the best candidates. My role heavily emphasizes sourcing talent through various channels like resume databases, research, and networking. Additionally, I develop and maintain job descriptions, create online job advertisements, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, which includes conducting reference and background checks. I take a proactive approach to identify both active and passive talent to ensure NEFCO continues to attract top-tier candidates. Furthermore, I contribute to enhancing employee programs and assist in organizing career fairs across different branch locations as needed.
