As a proud Florida State University graduate with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I am currently at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin as the Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Rosa Mexicano.Previously, I served as the General Manager at Mimi's Table, a Boutique Bistro in Tallahassee, Florida. Over the past four years, I've gained extensive experience in upscale restaurants, banquets, catering, clubs, and suites. My background also includes over four years of fine dining experience, managing pre-fixed menu wine dinners and special events.I am passionate about advancing in the world of wine and am currently training to become a certified sommelier, with aspirations of achieving Master Sommelier status. My education at the Dedman School of Hospitality provided me with a solid foundation in Food & Beverage Management, Sales with a focus on Wine and Spirits, and Recreation and Event Planning.
