Indepthly, researched bills and resolutions in legislatures across the United States. Tracked the progression of specific legislation, and contacted legislators along with third parties to offer testimony from advocates and qualified individuals on the topic of abortion. Further, worked on a project that included submitting FOIA requests, and sorting through received information to then execute the final project.

Worked with the education policy team to develop resources. Drafted recommendations for the State Board of Education regarding implementing passed legislation. Performed miscellaneous tasks to aid my supervisors and others within the education team.

Traveled to state capitols across the Nation leading students in courses surrounding government, leadership, and political engagement. Aided in helping teach the next generation to value their liberty and stand strong in their values. Additionally, served in a mentor role, which allowed for leadership in personal relationships with the students.
