Promogroup B.V. is an accountancy firm owned by the music group The Rolling Stones. I assisted with various financial and administrative tasks. My responsibilities included bookkeeping invoices, tracking expenses, collaborating with third-party vendors, and supporting the team.

-Supervised a team of 5, fostering efficiency, productivity, and planning for 500+ insurance and investment clients. -Proactively met the needs of the Managing Director, team members, clients, and internal staff.-Leveraged CRM to streamline client management, tracking opportunities, analyzing production numbers and assigned tasks. -Managed client relationships, and facilitated new business, while providing financial planning services to high-net-worth clients.

-Maintained and organized the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduled internal and weekly client review meetings. -Spearheaded internal recruitment efforts by hiring and onboarding new Associate staff members. -Managed the submission process for all insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation and compliance. -Assisted with office tasks such as processing mail and checks, greeting clients, office commission runs and ordered office supplies.

Worked alongside human resource intern representatives, analyzed the companies operational survey, recruited new members, answered phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

Maintained awareness of marketing trends, trained 5 new employees, handled payroll and employee work schedules, communicated with corporate Cato managers throughout the Missouri area.
