Hi, my name is Madison Gamble. I attend Northern Kentucky University, where I major in accounting, and hope to obtain my CPA. I have an abundance of work and volunteer experience. My first, and only paying job is at Alexandria Skyline Chili. I was hired in June of 2021, and hold this position currently. Here, I work as a server, where I collaborate with other employees, and interact with customers to ensure they enjoy their meal. As for volunteer work, I have worked at two places. From July of 2021 to present day, during the summers, I volunteer as a camp counselor at North Central 4-H camp. Here, I am in charge of 18 campers ages 8-14 for a week; We spend our nights in a cabin. I have many responsibilities such as supervising my campers, making sure they are attending their weekly classes, eating meals, and obtaining their daily medications from the nurse, all while guaranteeing they have a fun-filled week at camp. I have also volunteered at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Here, I volunteered in June 2021 as a patient concierge. My role involved making rounds to patients' rooms where I offered them complimentary items, someone to talk to, or to sit and play cards to make their stay exceptional. I have many skills such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. I am a very dedicated, hard-working, passionate student who hopes to obtain an internship/full-time job in the future.
