In my previous role, I continued to work with Youth while coordinating events for 4-H Youth Development at Colorado State University. Everyday, I worked with companies locally, regionally, state-wide, and nationally to conduct events that spread information and knowledge of 4-H. I worked with the State Team to put together contests, programs, projects, registrations, and guidelines in order to make sure that events and office duties are performed diligently. I looked at budgets and adjust details throughout the event life cycle to ensure that we stay within budget limits, and I researched previous data in order to incorporate now and old ideas into an event. This job requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as an ability to form and maintain positive relationships, and I loved being able to display that through coordinating events.

I managed referrals for all four Youth Clinic locations in Fort Collins, which consists of a patient database of over 17,000 patients. I provided information on specialists that we referred our patients to, as well as communicated with patients and families to effectively meet common goals. I answered phone calls, voicemails, emails, patient messages, and provider messages within a timely manner. I met with specialists within the community to exchange information, and coordinate patient care. I worked with insurance, including prior authorizations, in-network benefits, etc. My position included outreaching to other companies to take them on as a referring resource.

In my role in the Front Desk, I worked with gym members to relay information regarding gym memberships, tours within the gym, client account information, and more. I supported members through efficient customer service methods, while making sure that they felt completely comfortable starting their fitness journey. I also worked with the gym families to ensure that their children were taken care of, as well as lead fitness classes for youth.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provided daily care to patients including feeding, bathing, physical activity, transporting, etc. One of my primary goals was always to maintain confidentiality and follow closely to HIPAA guidelines closely. I maintained a calm demeanor and facilitated relationships with patients to ensure the best care possible was always provided.
