Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and assist in scheduling over 30 staff members on guest/hospitality service skills, and arcade management. Assisting in responsibilities of data collection related to opening, closing and end of month reports to report on sales trends. Managing staff and store area in order to operate the store area for guests. Working with the partner location to assist guests and provide a clean and fun experience and ensure that partner expectations are not only met but exceeded. Responding to and resolving issues that guests may encounter while in the facility.

Planning and designing yearly themes, and building sets. Supervising 40 actors while they are on staff for the night. Assisting in scheduling. Supervising the audience and providing a fun and safe experience. Began at location as an actor in June 2020.

Attending and working at IAAPA and Transworld conventions/trade shows. Pulling orders and shipping for customers as well as managing warehouse and website inventory. Answering and addressing customers via phone and email. Learning escape room and prop technologies. Troubleshooting customer’s prop and technology concerns. Personal assistant to the company owner.

Managing 50-70 actors, managing schedules, interacting with the media, and planning seasonal themes. During the summer I design and build the themes for the following season. I began here in 2016 as an actor.
