My duties included working closely with Loan Officers and their Support Specialists in order to prepare commercial loan documentation for closings. I worked with Symitar, Microsoft Excel, and Word daily. I have assisted in the process of updating our internal procedures since I was hired on. I was active in writing a Processing Guide to use as a training tool for the commercial loan operations department. I lead a project to create an internal document request form to help minimalize error and maintain consistency in the information provided to my team. I was the first employee hired on to the centralized document preparation department, and have been integral to the development and growth of the role. I assisted in the training and mentorship of new team members.

I was one of three designated branch employees trained in the opening of specialized business accounts.
