- Contact clients to collect medical and work history to ensure information submitted to the Social Security Administration is accurate. - Assist attorneys and legal assistants with contacting clients to schedule appointments, follow up on matters relevant to clients’ cases, and relay information to the Social Security Administration.- Direct calls from clients, the Social Security Administration, and the Department of Disability Services to legal assistants for updates on cases or scheduled hearings.

- Prepare fresh food and serve acai bowls, smoothies, and lemonade to complete orders.- Assist new employees with learning store procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.- Gain customer service experience by directly interacting with consumers to create positive encounters.

- Identify service providers in Oregon that serve disadvantaged populations and returning citizens to get them enrolled in the Inside Out Network.- Actively record which organizations show interest to create a database of contact notes and potential network participants. - Frequently pursue leads for potential subscribers through phone and email.

- Provide clothing, hygiene products, and food to those who were seeking assistance from the Resource Center.- Sort clothing donations from the community to be distributed to those needing clean clothes.- Work with other volunteers to ensure individuals were receiving their requested services.
