I manage and oversee daily flow of administrative duties while working closely with vendors and clients to ensure they receive the best customer service. In addition, I work directly below the Managing Editor reviewing and editing material, writing blog posts, and managing the email cliental for our monthly newsletter.

My responsibilities in the office included event preparation, handling prize fulfillment, verifying information, inputting information into Excel, creating prize sheets, mailing out tickets to people that had won as well as other prizes. The second part of my internship involved traveling to events around the Bay Area and promoting the different Cumulus radio stations, engaging with fans, and encouraging them to enter to win prizes.
