My main focus is retention while maintaining merchants’ expectations of service.

In this position I was a customer service representative for our petro department. Shortly after I was assigned to help with our national accounts. I was a very efficient team member and was an important part of the department. I was able to get through calls quickly while giving our merchants the best service.

As an assistant salon director it was my job to manage employees while keeping sales goals. I was there to motivate employees to meet their sales goals and train them regularly. I created schedules, interviewed and more. I also was in charge of keeping the salon up to code for cleaning. I was in charge of opening and closing the salon as needed. Overall I was effective at managing while also a contributing team member.

I was responsible for our store's team including hiring and managing our sales goals. I would manage along with my manager any disciplinary actions and/or decisions involving our store setup. I enjoyed my time here and would have stayed, but unfortunately I had to move.

I helped customers keep happy and was responsible for keeping up with sales goals, while keeping our store clean. I worked at the Glendale location until June when I was promoted to Co-Manager and moved stores.

Gave expert tanning advice while also selling product and services. My job also required a lot of customer service and handling customer issues. I left my position to move from Indiana to Arizona to attend the college I wanted.

I was required to deliver first aid supplies to replenish our customers as needed. I also reached out to new contacts to keep the business growing. I made meetings to sell and keep new and existing clients.
