- Serve on the Leadership Team for Delta Phi Epsilon and oversee all social events by utilizing strong communication and delegation which results in successful events and an increase in attendance- Communicate with venues and vendors promptly and efficiently regarding contracts and logistics to establish event operations- Develop and monitor a budget plan to ensure proper financial performance while implementing cost-saving strategies that result in a decrease in expenses
