Current Responsibilities as the Operations Manager of Fovea: • I manage the sale from beginning to end. • I’m in constant contact with the Dr to be sure they have the proper electrical, internet, and room measurements for the machine to be installed. • I manage our entire inventory down to the nuts and bolts including major components to be sure we are always ready to build what comes down the line. • I’m involved in some marketing and advertising but I mostly just oversee and approve what goes out. • I schedule every install months out and manage my install team and keep them busy and on the road. • I’m involved in some product development and software updates. I am constantly updating our large list of vendors to help keep our budget costs as low as possible on materials. • I run all the conventions that we attend as a company and assist my sales team in whatever they need to possibly close deals at the show. I have attended several in KC, FL, and TX. • I’m the go to in the office for any internal issues that need to be addressed.• I am in charge of holding and facilitating weekly meetings to forecast the week’s goals.• I help to ensure a positive environment for my staff to help them do their best at their job.
