• Own all SMS buy details for Snow M&D Division: create and submit global buy plans and POs to vendors, submit sales orders, track sample arrival, and manage sample invoicing• Create, manage, and distribute divisional Rep Memo to communicate product information throughout development cycle (changes, drops, etc)• Track regional tag on styles to ensure all changes/decisions are approached globally • Input & manage seasonal color story and seasonal SKUs into PLM system• Coordinate with legal team for various departmental approval needs• Schedule and facilitate meetings and conference, and provide meeting recaps, follow up, and next steps• Manage, organize, and handover SMS for photo shoots and line set-up, based on marketing or sales needs• Communicate with national sales team to confirm all sales samples needs are met; provide further support when needed• Set up for sales meetings and other key seasonal product presentations• Ensure all questions/enquiries about the line are answered efficiently & accurately
