As a member of the board of directors of Unity Care Group, I partner with community leaders and organizers to help align resources to improve the lives of at-risk youth in the Silicon Valley area. In an earlier role with Beneficial State Bank, I served as chief of staff. Here, I enabled the CEO to drive the business forward, led all HR operations for this financial institution, managed cultural transformation associated with mergers and acquisitions, and contributed to a 4X growth in revenue.
