• Explore emerging science, technology, design and policy innovations and advance new ideas and projects dedicated to expanding access to education and economic opportunity. Current projects include:- Establishing a first of its kind working group comprised of incarcerated men, correctional staff and ASU affiliates to identify and solve problems on the prison yard with the goal of refining and then spreading this model to other units- Working with the local community corrections division to research absconding within our community corrections population and develop strategy to improve parole outcomes- Supporting future and current law enforcement professionals through the development of emotional resiliency upskilling courses • Support execution of office-wide initiatives and projects in various focus areas, including Shared Prosperity and Social Mobility, Government Partnerships, Data Driven Innovation, the Future of Teaching and Learning and Public Interest Technology. • Coordinate and direct activities within the Student Design Studio as pertains to the team of Student Innovation Analysts—undergraduate members of the team who support research, analysis, and office-wide projects. Support these students in their personal projects and advise students on best practices, milestones and key deliverables.
