Throughout the first year of service worked and navigated two high schools, managing a caseload of 226 students, held 433 individual student meetings, 93 family meetings, 11 College Access Events, and 3 College Field Trips •Organized bi-monthly College Access events ranging from 20 students to 300 which involved inviting professionals from themed career sectors, college admission representatives, and College Alums to speak to my students. Used current and historical school data to target specific career sectors, and to create publicity plans for each event, track attendance, oversee the execution of each event and facilitate discussions.•Lead multiple trainings on Best Practices at both WUCAC Summer Training and the Annual National CAC Conference.
