Full Cycle Recruiting – I am there start to finish. Going over the position details, setting up the interview, extending offer, creating the new hire packet, sending out background screening, and pushing them through as a hire to our onboarding team.• Source for candidates through our system and through Indeed for Retail Merchandising positions. Which included sending out emails, text messages, and Indeed messages with information regarding the jobs that need to be filled• Calling candidates that either applied or were interested in the position to go over the job details.• Setting up interviews with the hiring manager. Utilizing the outlook calendar to make sure the manager was available.• Communicate bi-weekly during a meeting with the Area Managers and Market managers for my territory. Regarding priority jobs, candidate flow, upcoming interviews and start dates.• I was responsible for keeping up with 20+/- positions all over the United States. Each position had different set of details – Hours, Pay and Location.• To help me stay organized I utilized my Outlook Calendar, notebooks, and excel spreadsheets.

• Process invoices into GP for 3 companies with a total of 105 restaurants• Process all payment for bills and rents – checks and ACH

• Answered phones and took messages.• Checked, sort and distributed mail.• Ordered and stocked office and break room supplies. • Booked flights, hotels and rental cars.• Organized luncheons and meetings.• Completed Verification of Employments.• Reconcile credit card statements
