I am a fourth year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Russian with a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice at The Ohio State University. I began as a biochemistry major, but have since changed majors to Russian. I have work experience in a variety of positions such as a shipping and packaging specialist at Curexa Pharmacy, veterinary assistant at Southern Ocean Animal Hospital, a student chef at The Ohio State University, student administrative assistant in the Sociology Department at Ohio State, a volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus’s Tenant Advocacy Project, intern at the CIIC, and am currently an intern with the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office. These experiences have provided me with a plethora of knowledge and many skills that I can apply in my life and future career. I have also been involved in a wide variety of activities in high school such as Key Club, math club, Envirothon, science league, French Honor Society, National Honor Society, field hockey, lacrosse, track and field, and cheerleading. Each of these extracurriculars has also provided me with important assets such as teamwork and leadership that I can carry with me into my career. I like to enrich my mind with hobbies such as playing the drums, baking, photography, and writing. I consider myself a well-rounded, determined, creative, and inquisitive individual. I hope to be able to use the knowledge and skills I have continued to acquire throughout my life in my dream career as a lawyer.
