For as long as I can remember, I have been driven to be the best at what I do. I have looked to grow within companies and make a different in the lives of everyone I work with. This unique outlook has taken me from a Machinist to Site Lead over multiple facilities and nearly 1000 employees. Each interaction along the way has taught me something unique about how to be a better person and how to take care of those around me.I started my career as a machinist in a union shop and have worked to expand my knowledge over the years in both engineering and operations management. I have worked with and lead people from all backgrounds to achieve spectacular results. Through my leadership I have improved product quality, reduced costs (both product and operating), reduced lead times and most importantly improved and maintained safe work environments at manufacturing locations throughout the country. Specializing in LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement, I successfully guide teams in cost reduction projects and producing high quality parts on time. My latest positions have also allowed me to expand my knowledge base with integrating and relocating factories to different parts of the United States (from Wisconsin to California and from Michigan to Tennessee), managing multi-site operations, and a diverse workforce of over 1000 employees. Over the last 10 years I have spent most of my time working with businesses to improve the bottom line in existing businesses and starting up new facilities.Currently I am in Denver, CO leading one of Amazon's flagship delivery stations with over 125,000 packages delivered daily by over 900 associates and contractors.Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors where I get to hike, camp and spend time at the lake. When I’m not relaxing in the wild, I enjoy reading, sharing stories and knowledge with friends and family. Since moving to CO I have gotten back into skiing and backpacking.

Improved station attrition from 6% to 3% within first 2 months. Reduced recordable injuries from 2 per week to 0 per week within first 30 days while on boarding 75 associates per week. Successfully ramped up station from 70K packages per day to 125K packages per day for PEAK 2022. -
