Oversaw all chapter operations, lead governing council, kept a pulse for chapter morale, managed chapter rosters and was an ambassador to other campus leaders, staff and volunteers in the community.

Organized and executed informal and formal recruitment plans for the Eta Psi chapter as well as created a brand identity for our marketing efforts across all social media.

Created healthful habits and planned sisterhood events to maintain and improve the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of the chapter.

I worked at the front desk. While I didn't have as many responsibilities as head concierge, I still had the responsibility of checking in patients, answering any questions regarding their appointment, ensuring that their forms were up to date (and if not, I gave them the correct form to fill out), and answered the phone at busier times. I also had the chance to work in the business office, which entailed filing intake forms, billing/receipts, and creating surgical binders for surgical patients. I occasionally stocked inventory and organized the inventory room when we had new shipments of product come in.

I worked as a lead instructor for all ages (from 6 months old to about 12-13 years old) in a variety of different classes. I taught gymnastics, dance, and cheer. I also led camps as a camp instructor throughout the year. I had many responsibilities besides teaching classes including enrolling new families, retaining current families into our many programs, answered any inquiries via phone or email, and navigated our own platform to take care of membership dues, tuition, and retail. I taught gymnastics/dance classes using our international curriculum/lesson plans, and worked on skill development as well as social skills and cognitive development throughout the season.
