As a Staff Accountant at Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater, I manage the payment processing and reconciliation of invoices, expenses, and vendor accounts as well as oversee our cash handling and cash revenue gained from events. I have over 2.5 years of experience, and I use my skills in accounts payable, online data entry, Microsoft applications and organization to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. I have beginner experience with event settlements and plan to gain more knowledge in years to come. I am currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business at Snead State Community College, where I am learning the fundamentals of accounting, finance, and management. I am passionate about delivering quality service to our clients and partners, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team. My goal is to further develop my knowledge and skills in the field of business and accounting, and to contribute to the success and growth of Sports Facilities and the Sand Mountain Park.
