Responsible for the successful execution of written sales agreement for large-scale & complex full service meetings, conventions and events generally covering more than 300 cumulative room nights. Maintains liaison between the customer & their representatives & the hotel by directing each hotel department as to their specific role in the pre-planning & execution of on-site convention. Maximizes revenues & controls expenses through effective negotiation of prices, services, & accurate forecasting. Responsible for successful execution of event & customer satisfaction to ensure customer remains loyal & books future business with hotel.

In charge of greeting guests, enhancing guest experiences, and selling packages at Hilton properties in the Chicago downtown area. Delivered on monthly and personal sales goals while creating strong personable & memorable relationships with guests.

• Planned and lead the formal recruitment process by managing, educating, and training active members on the importance of upholding and recruiting based on Delta Gamma’s core organizational values of promoting friendship, educational and cultural interests, character development, and social responsibility. • Collaborated with various executive board members to create a vision, establish a budget, and develop a PR and plan in order to produce a multimedia marketing campaign that resulted in the recruitment of over 40 new members.

Performed at the White House, organized group bonding activities, planned mixers with other a Capella groups, made the new members feel comfortable, planned a yearly retreat, and promoted and marketed the events.

Monday through Friday responsible for picking up kids from school, taking them to sports/doctor appointments, making dinner, helping with homework, cleaning the house, doing laundry, grocery shopping, and putting the kids to bed.

Post weekly on social media, make posters for drives, inform students about the organization, and raise awareness by creating/hosting yearly gala.
