I am a highly organized professional with management experience. I pride myself on my ability to build rapport and foster strong working relationships with all levels of employees. I am comfortable working independently or collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes for the business and its people.I have recently returned to Australia after spending the last 5 years, on a working holiday in the United Kingdom. Over these 5 years I remained at the same place of work, starting as a waitress and moving to managing the restaurant. I understand the dynamics of running a busy business and am proficient at juggling the needs of a business. My duties included management and training of staff; customer satisfaction; administrative tasks, liaising with the Head Chef on requirements / menus; responsible for management of functions; negotiating with restaurant suppliers and the day-to-day management of the business.In addition I drove the successful reopening of the restaurant 3 times during the difficult lockdowns of the global pandemic. I upheld close relationships with suppliers and customers to encourage and restore their confidence in dining back in our restaurant.I have worked over 8 years in the customer focused hospitality industry, developing my communication, sales, negotiation and management skills. These skills together with my people centric nature, and eagerness to achieve results have provided me with the skills to motivate people to work with me towards common, worthwhile goals, which I find hugely enjoyable and rewarding.I am currently pursuing a career in the Real Estate Industry.
