Working with a collaborative team of 30 Resident Assistants and Resident Life Staff to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for first year and transfer students entering UC San Diego. Planned small weekly events and large-scale quarterly programs that provided recreational community building events as well as academic/career focused workshops that aided students professional development.Created budgets for community spending.Currently assist 55 residents in all aspects of their lives and show continual support for them and their personal and academic pursuits.

Oversee Revelle College’s social media presence to ensure the production of effective publicity material to inform over 4,500 students about opportunities and events. Actively led Revelle Creative, a marketing internship for 25+ students to photograph events and design publicity/marketing materials for student organizations and events on campus.Provide marketing consultation for 10 student organizations to assist in effective promotional procedures. Incorporated dynamic content strategies to increase student’s engagement with social media platform by 30%.

Led the redesign and rebranding of an educational non-profit website, creating a more professional and informative platform that showcases the organization’s success and connects students with valuable resources. Developed a centralized design component library and style guide for the website and marketing materials to be distributed via social media and to potential partners.

Developing internal tool for Union Station Housing Services to assist workers find stable housing for unhoused families and individuals in the entire LA County region consisting of a population of 1.5 billion people. Conducted both qualitative and quantitative user research, enabling data-driven design decisions. Acquired advanced user experience skills such as prototyping, UI/visual design, UX design, facilitation of user testing, demographic evaluation, and establishment of local design component systems and style guides. Work with a cross-functional team of 2 other designers and 13 developers to expedite the company's workflow processes.
