Collaborated with market manager and lead APP to anticipate staffing needs for market, including supporting surge season and market expansion/car additions▫ Conducted interviews for potential new DHMT staff, as well as scheduling and conducting onboarding▫ Ensured appropriate payroll for employees via timecard approval in the scheduling system▫ Performed evaluations, coaching and regular performance reviews for 15-20 employees at a time▫ Backfill DHMT shifts to visit patients as needed (patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs, IV starts and blood draws, splint application, wound care, EKGs)▫ Worked directly with point of care laboratory equipment including operation, calibration and maintenance
