• Develop and execute marketing plans and events for the network, including the launch of the network, distribution/petition messaging and tune-in messaging• Responsible for strategically planning, executing, and analyzing all social media marketing• Develop promotional programs for the network with partners, inclusive of contests and new media, and assist with the coordination and execution of such programs• Manage grassroots marketing street team; develop and activate event marketing programs including network driven promotions and local marketing campaigns• Manage development of collateral materials and premium branded items for the network• Manage and execute contractual marketing items with team partners and other programming deals as well as all trade partnerships• Work closely with programming and production departments to insure all affiliates are aware of monthly programing schedule and technical updates• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key programming and marketing contacts for every affiliate• Prepare and track monthly contract summaries for every affiliate, including preparing sales presentations for potential affiliates• Create, sell, and execute turn-key promotions for affiliates with the objective of adding value and increasing network ratings through cross-channel

• Grew our “Baseball and the Classroom” Educational Program to 11,000 students and 50 school districts in 5 months, resulting in $42,000 of revenue.• Organized, planned, marketed, and executed the Astros Teacher Workshop. This resulted in over 100 teachers attending the workshop at Minute Maid Park, followed by a tour, and the Astros baseball game.• Revamped our partnership with the Astros Buddies program to promote our birthday parties at the ballpark. This resulted in a 90% increase of Birthday Buddies memberships and $6,590 of revenue.• Established the tour department’s partnership with Groupon, an online couponing site. This resulted in over 2,000 tour tickets being sold in one day.
