Now as I continue my career path in a new industry I am discovering the perfect combination of passion and profession. As a bookseller at Ruby's Books in Folsom, CA, I have begun to dive into the strong community of Independent Bookstores around the country. I have been able to leverage my social media skills to promote the bookstore, with the goal of reaching a wider and more diverse audience.As I spent time as a Customer Service Representative at Happy State Bank, I provided honest and creative solutions to the customers I encountered, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I also familiarized myself with the Banking industry and networked with the professionals within said industry. In addition, I worked as an Appointment Booker at Park Hill Fine Art Portraits, where I use my sales and communication skills to generate leads, book appointments, and follow up with clients. I contributed to increase the studio's revenue and reputation by securing multiple bookings and referrals.I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2022, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of marketing management, strategy, and research. I am passionate about reading and staying up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the marketing field, especially in social media.My vision is to remain happy in whatever career path I choose and to make an impact on the constantly evolving market that consumes us.
