As an inside sales specialist at Calverley Service Experts, I am following up on accounts we have gone out to and given quotes to along with calling to collect overdue balances and selling memberships I am also a Customer Service Specialist where I answer inbound calls we get to the location and assist the customer in any of their needs or questions along with getting new and returning customers scheduled for appointments

In my position as a receptionist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, My job was to schedule patients for their next appointments , collect their dues after running their insurance , check the patient into the system for their appointment , log new patient charts along with calling from referrals to get patients scheduled and call patients who have not scheduled in a while.
