- Collaborated with the policy team to provide data, identify trends, and inform workforce strategies to use in advocacy with the state legislature for funding from the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and American Rescue Plan Act.- Managed stakeholder relationships to ensure contract compliance, enhance investment opportunities, and develop programs to attract and retain behavioral health providers. - Managed the Massachusetts Loan Repayment Program for Health Professionals, funded by the Department of Public Health, to increase access to primary care in communities with significant shortages of healthcare providers. - Managed EOHHS funded Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program Statewide Investment Programs: Student Loan Repayment Program, Behavioral Health Workforce Development Program, Community Partner Recruitment Incentive Program, Primary Care/Behavioral Health Special Projects Program, and Community Mental Health Center Behavioral Health Recruitment Fund.- Host of the podcast Reimagining Primary Care: Innovation After Disruption aimed to encourage community health center providers and leaders to think differently, feel empowered, and join the celebration of innovation and commitment to community health.
