• Maintain all LYP job requisitions in ATS including opening, posting, managing, and closing• Properly disposition all applications in the ATS, Indeed and LinkedIn• Full-cycle recruiting from new application, screening, interviewing, and offering up to candidate’s first day with LYP• Complete all pre-onboarding tasks including: submit background check forms, submit SharePoint forms for account creation, update necessary documentation to reflect HC and create HR file• Collaborate with LYP IT and Inventory Lead to set up and track all remote new hire equipment• Partner with Workforce team to determine attrition needs, shifts required and priority requisitions• Ownership over any LYP Special Project Assignments, partnering with correct Department Leader• Ensure all interview templates are updated and properly documented and saved by LYP team members

• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This includes safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.• Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.• Recommend strategies to motivate employees and participate in or lead project teams for implementation.• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.• Review and approve disciplinary actions in alignment with the progressive discipline process.• Perform Employee Relations Conferences and Pre-Disciplinary Conferences.• Conduct interactive processes in conjunction with HR Management when any requests for accommodation are brought forward.• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

• Support the organization by managing the full lifecycle recruiting process. Helps defineand implement the ongoing recruitment strategies across the organization, providesfeedback, and makes recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations.• Sources and builds a diverse, qualified applicant pool to support various recruitment needs throughout the organization. • Uses a metric-driven approach to track and run pipelines and provides regular pipeline health reports.• Coordinates and monitors the effectiveness of job advertisements; utilizes newsgroups and job boards.• Partner with the HR Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop the recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites.
