My motivation throughout life has always been to better understand human beings. On an individual level and throughout society. To understand the thoughts and behaviors that drive us to create our unique lives. My motivation is finding out what motivates the human race.That's why I took my first psychology class in highschool. Why I chose to elevate my knowledge of humans through the lens of psychology in college. Why I'm choosing to pursue a career that values individuals and each of their diverse perspectives. I want to carve out a career that will cultivate understanding and encouragement in the workplace. That makes people love their job and learn more about themselves in the process. As such, I would like to gain a position in an organization that provides opportunities for me to make a significant contribution and grow both professionally and personally. My next step is to get my Master of Arts in Psychology.
