My aim at all times was to ensure every single person who walked through the bars' doors gets an absolutely mind-blowing customer experience. I applied as much vigour and passion to my bartender and team-building duties. Gained Cicerone Certified Beer Server qualification followed by studying Certified Cicerone working as a bartender in a fast-pace, key site within the Craft Beer industry. Instrumental team member in running, organizing and promoting events as well as producing designs for the site and Social Media platforms which contributed to successful, sold out events. My designs were also used for other BrewDog bars, including DogTap in Ellon in Scotland and BrewDog York in England. Completed 3 eLearning training courses: ALPS/SALPS – licensing training to ensure serving alcohol responsibly, Level 2 Food Hygiene – keeping the site, team mates and customers safe, and Allergen Awareness Training – to make sure that I’m up to speed on allergens.

I used my creative initiative and skills to design graphic projects, such as business cards, interiors, menu’s, apps, posters and visuals for social media platforms which challenged my creatively driven and logically minded working structure.
